Phosphate 0.16, total anions: 689, metaboric acid 6.6, metasilicic acid 54, free sulfuric acid 170.

Carbonyl sulfide and hydrogen sulfide, as well as the compounds created from these, exert cellular biological activity, are highly effective at grabbing free radicals, and are a great antioxidant. Researchers confirmed an anti-inflammatory effect affecting potent cellular immune function. As a sulfur-containing medicinal water, it contains hydrogen sulfide. When oxidized in air, it precipitates in the form of sulfur colloid – this is reduced to hydrogen sulfide by the skin’s organic matter, absorbed, incorporated into acidic polysaccharides and thio-amino acids, and affects cellular metabolism. It improves the local blood flow to the tissues, thus increasing the circulation of the scalp. Thanks to the special combination of mineral salts, it has a unique moisturizing effect. Due to its high content of calcium and magnesium, it soothes sensitive skin while restoring the scalp barrier layer.

Fennel Extract

Since fennel has antioxidant properties, it slows down the signs of aging. It provides the body with minerals such as iron, zinc, selenium and calcium. These minerals help to get the right amount of oxygen to the scalp so the skin stays healthy.

Blueberry Extract

The anthocyanidins found in blueberries stabilize the intercellular connective tissue and collagen, which when swollen, loosens up, making it easier to develop inflammation. By inhibiting the synthesis of inflammatory mediators (components of inflammatory processes, e.g. histamine, leukotriene, prostaglandin), they exert an enhanced anti-inflammatory effect. Due to their beneficial effects on inflammation and collagen status, blueberry anthocyanidins are also useful in the prevention and treatment of more severe scalp diseases. Blueberry extract stimulates microcirculation. It reduces the permeability of the vascular system and improves blood circulation as well as the tone of the vascular system. The anthocyanins in blueberries protect the skin from unwanted oxidative stress and sun damage, preventing cell mutations.

Red Grape Leaves

Red grapes are a plant known since ancient times; the soaking of grape leaves was already known at that time for its circulation improving and antioxidant properties. Red grapes, famous for their circulatory properties, have an important tone-improving effect on the veins. The presence of trace elements and resveratrol allows an anti-free radical and collagen binding effect, thus protecting the skin from premature aging. The special quercetin, an anti-inflammatory antioxidant hidden in grapes, has a healing effect on many organisms. An excellent source of magnesium and B vitamin, it helps to combat oxidative stress. Its folic acid and linoleic acid content are also outstanding, as is the amount of iron it contains. It helps to regenerate the skin’s immunity in the case of immune weakness.

Salt cleans, detoxifies and disinfects the skin, making it great for treating scalp problems. It decreases excessive sebum production and stimulates blood flow. Salt is great for treating dry scalp as it does not allow moisture to evaporate on the surface of the skin as it is kind of seals it but does not block the pores, allowing the skin to breathe. It has great deep cleansing effects, it almost ‘vacuums out’ the dirt from the pores. The scalp ‘releases’ the toxins while absorbing the minerals from the salt, which restores its original pH value.

Its most important property is its skin moisturizing and water loss preventing property. Glycerol prevents dehydration, flaky skin and strengthens the natural protective layer of the skin. According to research, it helps to regulate the maturation cycle of skin cells in certain skin problems such as psoriasis. Glycerol can be safely used on the skin. Oxygeni Hair Tonic contains 100% natural glycerol which is extracted from two plants (rapeseed and palm). Glycerol helps the skin’s ability to retain water by attracting and binding water molecules. Glycerol is a moisture absorbent molecule, similar to hyaluronic acid. It is interesting to note that according to some research, glycerol works better in combination with other skin care ingredients. For example, research shows that in the case of water loss, combining it with aloe vera increases the absorption property of the skin and helps to hydrate the skin. Combining it with jojoba oil helps to prevent transepidermal water loss and may improve the moisture content of the skin for up to 24 hours.
