Oxygen Therapy for Treating All Types of Hair and Scalp Problems

Different kinds of hair and scalp problems are starting to affect more and more people due to personal and environmental factors. Sudden hair loss, irritated, oily or dry scalp, thin hair with split ends… These problems can come from many things (hormonal or psychological issues, problems regarding the immune system, nutrition, etc.) and require medical help in many cases. However, sometimes there is a simple reason behind these issues: hair follicles do not get enough blood, oxygen, minerals and vitamins. Our special Oxygen Therapy solves this issue for men and women alike. This is a long-term therapy which offers visible results even in the case of scalp problems.

Oxygen Therapy is effective against hair and scalp problems. It significantly decreases recovery and healing time regardless of the problem.

WHAT TYPES OF HAIR AND SCALP PROBLEMS IS OXYGEN THERAPY RECOMMENDED FOR?

Oxygen therapy treatment is recommended for all types of hair and scalp problems and is extremely effective

OILY SCALP

Everyday stresses and strains on our bodies upset its balance. At the same time, sebum production increases, leading to excessive greasing of the hair. Increased sebum production accelerates the process of cell death.
Oily scalps can develop infections and inflammations due to clumped hair cells, which can lead to further problems, hair loss and thinning hair.

Another symptom of seborrhoea is increased hair loss, which is very common. Dust and dirtquickly adhere to the sebum layer, making it easier for bacteria to multiply. The layer of sebum that forms can block the sebaceous glands, the hair follicles become prematurely diseased and, with increased sebum secretion – because the hair follicle never gets enough oxygen and nutrients – the hair follicles start to atrophy: the abnormal greasing causes the diseased hair to fall out of the diseased scalp prematurely and the excessive sebum production also greatly inhibits hair growth.

Oxygen therapy cleanses the scalp and normalises sebum production, thus alleviating the symptoms of an oily scalp.

OILY DANDRUFF

Dandruff is one of the symptoms of increased sebum secretion, which is a civilisation disease. The overproduced fat clumps together the scalp’s degenerated cells, so that they do not fly out of the hairs but stick to the scalp. This then causes dandruff.
The hair has an oily sheen, acidic, greasy smell, the dandruff is yellowish white to yellowish brown, spherical in shape, saturated with sebum due to overproduction of the sebaceous gland, and adhering to the scalp and hair strands for 2-3 cm. It is caused by bacteria colonising the follicle wall, which break down fat and produce increased sebum production.    The accumulated sebum, mixed with dust and external dirt, coats the scalp with a greyish, sticky substance.
Untreated dandruff becomes thicker, blocks the scalp from the air, clogs the pores of the skin and, in advanced stages, is usually accompanied by unpleasant itching and scalp inflammation.
In the absence of treatment, the hair follicles also become diseased, undergo increased atrophy and start to lose hair and baldness.

Oxygen therapy reverses these processes and effectively eliminates the symptoms of oily dandruff.

DRY SCALP

Dry hair can be the result of a problem caused by underactive sebaceous glands in the hair follicles. The hair is normally protected by sebum, which gives the hair a beautiful gloss and shine.
If the secretion of sebum is insufficient and the scalp produces little fat, the hair does not have a sufficient natural layer of fat to protect it from the damaging effects of the environment.

If the oily film is missing from the hair, less moisture can be retained, the hair is not kept silky, so it naturally becomes dry, fragmented and brittle. This occurs especially after drying, when the hair evaporates a lot of moisture and loses colour and shine. Due to reduced sebum secretion, dry hair is dull, hard and rough to the touch, lacking shine and difficult to style. The hairstyle is not long-lasting and the ends of the hair are lighter. The hair is difficult to comb, frizzes when combed, it has split, separated ends.

Oxygen therapy restores the natural state of sebum production, hydrates the scalp and replenishes it with the vitamins and minerals it needs for healthy functioning.

DRY DANDRUFF

This type of dandruff is very unpleasant because the hair follicles cannot penetrate the sebum, so they fall on the clothes and look unkempt.
A dry, dehydrated scalp looks dull and often itches and tightens up agonisingly. The dry scalp also makes the hair stiff and brittle. A dry dandruffy scalp is often accompanied by severe itching, and dandruff falls on clothes, not adhering to the scalp. The underlying cause of dry dandruff is inflammation of the scalp, which accelerates the shedding of the scalp’s top layer of epithelium.

This causes it to become visible on the scalp and then flakes off.

Oxygen therapy helps eliminate the symptoms of a dry scalp by deeply moisturising and replenishing valuable nutrients.

PSORIASIS

Psoriasis is mistaken for dandruff because it results in a similarly dry, itchy scalp. Its appearance is most often due to a malfunctioning immune system, which causes skin cells to produce new skin cells every 3-4 days instead of the normal 28-day cycle, causing accumulated layers of skin on the scalp.

Psoriasis is a very stubborn skin problem, for which dermatologists often recommend medication or creams, but this can damage the skin’s immunity in the long term and have other adverse effects.

Oxygen treatment on the other hand does not contain any medication or other chemicals, we only use 100% natural ingredients to achieve the results. In the case of psoriasis, after 5 to 10 sessions, a follow-up maintaining treatment is often sufficient.

ECZEMA

Eczema can occur anywhere on the human body, including the scalp or along the hairline. It’s not pleasant to look at or feel burning and itching, and without treatment it can lead to patchy hair loss, which is harder to reverse than to prevent.
This is why oxygen therapy is worth a course of treatment to restore the skin’s structure, soothe it and help the hair follicles regenerate
Eczema is an immunological problem, so the skin’s proper immunity and self-healing mechanism must be restored.

What better way to do this than with proper cleansing, moisturising, extra high active vitamin serums and pure bottled oxygen!

SEBORRHOEA

Seborrhoeic dermatitis is a common, chronic and unpleasant skin condition that typically leaves yellowish patches on the scalp and face. Regular oxygen therapy provides a long-term solution to this lifelong problem.

After just 1-2 sessions, we can show visible results for our guests.

INFLAMED, IRRITATED SCALP

Most treatments are not recommended for inflamed-irritated scalps, as there is a high risk of causing more trouble. Oxygen therapy can be used on the most sensitive and irritated scalps, as its active ingredients are all natural and dermatologically tested!

HOW DOES OXYGEN THERAPY WORK AGAINST HAIR AND SCALP PROBLEMS?

Oxygen therapy is effective against the symptoms of various scalp problems. Whatever the scalp problem, it significantly reduces the healing and recovery time.

You can see and feel an improvement in the condition of the scalp after the first treatment, but we recommend a full course of 5-10 sessions depending on the problem, during which the scalp and hair follicles will be able to regenerate and regain maximum vitality.

  • instantly moisturises the scalp
  • improves the functioning of the sebaceous glands, thereby eliminating the symptoms of
  • scalp problems caused by inadequate sebum production, such as dry and itchy scalp,
  • dandruff and dry hair
  • deeply nourishes, replenishing cells from the inside with  valuable active ingredients
  •  the scalp regains its moisture content
  • promotes cell regeneration – stabilises the skin’s pH
  • gently exfoliates the scalp
